Pickup and delivery:
If you cannot bring your furniture to our workshop, I can come and pick it up at your home. I charge a reasonable fee for pickup and delivery (I can make this fee part of your estimate). If you entrust your furniture to me on the day I come to do my free estimate, the pickup fee is waived. Pickup and delivery are currently free within 5 miles of my workshop.
Insurance claims:
While there is a fee for insurance estimates, it is customary that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company for incurring the expense of an estimate. We will provide you with an itemized bill for submission to your insurance company.
Payment information:
Payment in two installments (50% on approval of estimate, 50% on delivery or pickup). Cash and personal checks accepted.
